1. The Service

OpenRoad Lending provides an informational website and a free matching service that transmits consumer requests to third-party lenders offering unsecured personal installment loans from $500 to $5,000. We are not a lender; we do not make credit decisions, set rates, or fund loans. Any loan you obtain is a contract solely between you and the lender, governed by that lender's agreement and applicable law.

2. Eligibility to Use the Site

You must be at least 18 years of age (or the age of legal contract capacity in your state, if higher), a U.S. resident, and able to form a binding contract. By submitting a request, you represent that the information you provide is accurate and complete, and you authorize us to share it with network lenders and partners as described in our Privacy Policy, who may verify it through credit bureaus and other providers.

3. No Guarantee of Matching or Approval

Submitting a request does not guarantee that you will be matched with a lender, receive an offer, or be approved for credit. Offers, rates, amounts, and terms are determined solely by lenders and vary by applicant and state. Nothing on this site is a commitment to lend.

4. Informational Content

Guides, calculators, comparisons, reviews, and other content on this site are provided for general education, are believed accurate at publication, and may change without notice. Figures such as repair prices and payment examples are estimates. Content is not financial, legal, or tax advice, and you should not rely on it as a substitute for professional advice or for the terms of an actual loan agreement.

5. Intellectual Property

The content, design, and branding of this website belong to OpenRoad Lending or its licensors. You may view, print, and share pages for personal, non-commercial use with attribution; any other reproduction, scraping at scale for republication, or commercial use requires our written permission. 11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, and any dispute arising from them shall be brought in the state or federal courts located in Franklin County, Ohio, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
